Situated on the Riverside Estate at Borrowash, the federation has the fishing rights on an array of waters.

There is also a pond on this fishery but some work is needed to bring it back to its former glory. (watch this website for news) This water offers the pleasure angler some cracking sport for barbel and chub in the river and backwaters. There are some good pike to be found in the mill streams in winter. Although the pegs are plentiful this in not a successful match water.but some roving matches are held.. Check match bookings for details (Strictly members only, for temporary members tickets contact A Curd,Tele:-  07969783419 / 01132486236. Anglers found fishing without a year book or temporary members ticket will be asked to leave the venue. No night fishing, dogs, fires or none fishing visitors allowed on this fishery,.. the water is subject to the closed season.

How to get there:-

Take the A6005 Nottingham road towards derby, in Borrowash turn left at the Noars Ark public house and after crossing the railway bridge Riverside estate entrance (Little Stryne ) is on the right. Car park is inside the caravan park on the right. (See Google map and Nottsfed pegs below) Members can fish the whole of the fishery as indicated with green crosses on the map below but you are asked to show respect for the campers on the site. The toilet facility has now been withdrawn owing to vandalism and theft of the products held within.
